Hair Restoration

What is Selphyl® PRFM for Hair?

Selphyl® PRFM for hair restoration uses your body’s own platelets and growth factors to stimulate dormant hair follicles, strengthen existing hair, and encourage new growth. The fibrin matrix in Selphyl® allows for prolonged release of healing factors, creating a supportive environment for natural hair regeneration.

This treatment is ideal for men and women experiencing thinning hair, shedding, or early-stage hair loss.

Common Treatment Areas Include:

  • Scalp (crown, temples, or hairline)

What to Expect During Treatment:

A small blood draw is taken, and the sample is processed to create the platelet-rich fibrin matrix. The PRFM is then injected into targeted scalp areas using a fine needle. The session takes about 45 minutes and involves minimal discomfort—some describe a tingling or pressure sensation.

You may experience mild scalp tenderness or pinkness for 1–2 days. Hair shedding may decrease within weeks, while visible thickening and new growth typically appear over 3–6 months.

How Long Do Results Last?

Results vary, but most clients benefit from a series of 3–4 treatments spaced 4–6 weeks apart, followed by maintenance sessions every 6–12 months.

Regrow Naturally

Selphyl® PRFM offers a safe, non-surgical solution for fuller, stronger, healthier hair—using your body’s natural growth factors to restore confidence from the inside out.
